Responsibilities

Design, build, test, and implement digital solutions based on business requirements.
Develop automated workflows and applications using the Microsoft Power Platform.
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.
Implement AI-powered productivity solutions, including Microsoft Copilot and intelligent workflows.
Integrate applications and systems using APIs and other enterprise connectivity tools.
Configure and support Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 apps.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and determine technical solutions.
Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing support to end users.
Create technical documentation and provide training for adoption.
Test solutions to meet quality, accessibility, security, and business requirements.
