Job summary

Capital Group is seeking a highly skilled Digital Workplace Engineer IV to design, develop, and scale enterprise AI and productivity solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.

You will lead architecture, governance, and ALM practices while partnering with Product Management, Security, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions. This role emphasizes hands-on delivery and mentorship within a large enterprise.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing, building, and supporting enterprise technology solutions.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Power Platform governance, including DLP policies and security controls.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable enterprise architectures.
• Experience developing custom connectors and integrating REST APIs.
• Proficiency with PowerShell, Python, or similar scripting technologies.
• Experience leading large-scale technology initiatives and mentoring engineers.
• Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Logic Apps, and other Azure services.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy enterprise solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse.
• Lead architecture and technical design for AI-enabled productivity and automation.
• Define ALM practices, environment strategy, CI/CD pipelines, and governance standards.
• Develop integrations with Microsoft Graph, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, and third-party APIs.
• Develop custom connectors and integrations with REST-based services.
• Design and deploy enterprise AI agents using Copilot Studio and related technologies.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering rigor and technical excellence.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovations to improve the digital workplace.
