Job summary

Yoh Services LLC is seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer for an onsite Boston role. The position focuses on designing, building, and implementing technical solutions using AI/ML and the Microsoft 365 Power Platform to modernize business processes identified by consultants.

The engineer will translate requirements into actionable implementations, integrate APIs, and provide documentation and testing to ensure quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced technical proficiency with the Microsoft 365 suite of tools—specifically Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, To Do, Forms, and Outlook
• Strong expertise with the Microsoft 365 Power Suite (PowerAutomate, PowerBI, PowerApps) with demonstrated ability to build custom solutions
• Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation and administration
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience building, testing, and implementing digital solutions in a professional environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and quality control mindset
• Ability to document technical solutions clearly for knowledge transfer
• Experience working collaboratively with business analysts or consultants
• Strong understanding of information security best practices
• Ability to manage multiple technical projects simultaneously
