Mondo is seeking a Digital Solutions Engineer for a hybrid role in Boston to design, build, and deploy productivity and automation solutions across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem for faculty, staff, and students.

You will build Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards, integrate AI tools like Copilot and LLMs, and connect systems via APIs to create seamless workflows.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a technical solutions or digital engineering role.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate/Power Apps/Power BI).
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, Outlook).
• Experience implementing AI-powered tools/workflows (Copilot, LLMs, generative AI).
• Experience with API integrations connecting multiple enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards to automate and modernize internal processes.
• Implement AI-powered tools and integrations to improve operational efficiency.
• Connect systems via API integrations to create end-to-end workflows.
• Configure and support Microsoft 365 tools based on consultant requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional, tested solutions and document them.
