Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Control Manager to lead risk identification, assessment, and management across Digital Assets and Blockchain initiatives. You will collaborate with business, product, operations, technology, and risk teams to document controls and strengthen governance frameworks.

You will drive execution of control deliverables, develop KPIs and governance routines, and produce executive-ready outputs to reduce risk and protect the firm’s integrity in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience supporting Digital Assets, Blockchain Solutions, tokenization, distributed ledger technologies, stablecoins, and emerging financial infrastructure capabilities.
• 7+ years of financial services experience in risk management, control management, audit, quality assurance, or compliance.
• Proficient knowledge of control and risk management concepts, with the ability to identify and assess operational risks and support the design of effective controls.
• Experience evaluating complex business initiatives and supporting governance, risk assessment, and control implementation activities.
• Strong execution management skills (project plans, action logs, dependency management, risk/issue tracking).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create stakeholder-ready materials and executive presentations.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of Digital Assets and Blockchain Solutions to identify operational risk.
• Support proactive risk and control culture across emerging capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders to evaluate opportunities and document processes, risks, and controls.
• Enhance risk management frameworks, control inventories, process maps, and governance practices.
• Define KPIs/KRIs, control metrics, and governance routines; review data to support programs.
