Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Senior Associate, Digital Product Strategy in New York to accelerate adoption of digital products for Private Bank clients and advisors. The role combines an AI-minded product approach with a strong data-driven mindset to maximize engagement and business value.

The candidate will partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Advisor-facing teams to scale adoption, measure impact, and continuously improve user journeys from onboarding through sustained usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field with strong analytical foundation.
• Track record of driving digital product adoption at scale.
• Fluency with analytics tools and data-driven decision making.
• Experience applying AI/product mindset to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute digital product strategy across priority journeys and platforms.
• Own adoption strategy for new and existing digital products in Private Bank.
• Coordinate cross-product roadmaps and align launch sequencing.
• Drive engagement and awareness to increase usage and sustained adoption.
