Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, CS, PM, or related field.
• 7+ years in product management, digital strategy or growth.
• Experience driving digital product adoption at scale.
• Strong data analytics capabilities and metric-driven thinking.
• Fluency in AI/ML concepts and AI-product mindset.

Responsibilities

• Drive Adoption at Scale: accelerate adoption of digital products across Private Bank.
• Apply an AI-Product Mindset: embed AI into products and adoption workflows.
• Leverage Data Relentlessly: define metrics, monitor usage, translate to strategy.
• Partner Cross-Functionally: collaborate with Product, Design, Eng, and Advisors.
• Optimize the Adoption Funnel: diagnose friction and improve onboarding and engagement.
• Experiment & Iterate: run tests and experiments to refine tactics.
• Influence Stakeholders: present insights to senior leadership with data storytelling.
