JPMorgan Chase & Co. in New York seeks an Analyst to join the Digital Product Team, supporting LATAM and Global Families Group clients and advisors. You will write product requirements, test new features, report on adoption and support advisors day to day, collaborating with global product teams.

You will help deliver an AI-enabled digital agenda, analyze usage, and translate insights into improvements for client experience across segments.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Product Management, CS or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in product management, consulting, as a client advisor, banker, service team, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to explain technical topics simply.
• Organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced team.

Mansioni

• Define and document product requirements for digital client and advisor tools.
• Identify gaps in LatAm and GFG experiences and translate into actionable requirements.
• Participate in testing and pilots; log issues and drive resolution.
• Support adoption strategies to increase tool usage by advisors and clients.
• Assist go-to-market planning for launches and features.
• Analyze adoption metrics and share insights with product teams.
• Evaluate AI tools and opportunities to embed AI capabilities into products.
