Job summary

Pixability is seeking a Digital Media Planner to join our Customer Success team in New York. You will lead the complete pre-sales lifecycle, crafting AI-driven media plans and compelling responses to RFPs that showcase Pixability’s value and capabilities.

The role requires familiarity with YouTube/Google Ads, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration across Sales, Account Management, and Marketing is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–2+ years’ experience at an agency or publisher preferred.
• 1–2+ years’ experience with YouTube or Google Ads preferred.
• Analytical, project management, deadline-driven, and process-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Respond to all RFPs with AI-driven workflows to create customized media plans.
• Curate audience personas aligned to client goals.
• Coordinate with sales, client success and marketing to propose optimal solutions.
• Lead RFP brainstorm calls and manage follow-ups.
