Pixability, a leading AI-driven ad-tech company, seeks a Sales Director in Dallas to drive revenue with brand advertisers and agencies. You will align Pixability’s core products with client objectives, building a strong pipeline across Entertainment, Automotive and Consumer Tech.

You will leverage data-driven storytelling, collaborate with Strategy & Planning, Customer Success, Insights and Data Science, and present findings to senior marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of online media sales experience with a track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• 5+ years of video sales experience (YouTube or video products) with paid social ecosystem knowledge.
• Strong personal network with agency contacts across video, search, social and programmatic.
• Ability to formulate strategies based on client objectives and position Pixability in ad-tech context.
• Solution selling approach focused on client outcomes.
• Excellent presentation skills accompanied by data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Partner with brand advertisers and agencies to align Pixability products with client objectives.
• Contribute to revenue growth and build a diverse pipeline of accounts.
• Leverage insights and data science resources to support clients.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals to senior marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Strategy & Planning, Customer Success, Insights, and Data Science teams.
