You will partner with marketing to identify high-impact AI use cases, translate them into a prioritized roadmap, and supervise technical architecture, integration, and governance. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on platform administration.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of experience managing digital platforms, martech ecosystems, or digital experience strategy in B2B SaaS.
• Hands-on experience managing and scaling the Optimizely suite.
• Proven ability to build ROI/Effort scoring models for backlogs and intake pipelines.
• Strong understanding of web architecture, tag management, data integrations, and CRM/MAP connectivity (Salesforce, Pardot).

Responsibilities

• Lead AI use case discovery and prioritization with marketing stakeholders.
• Own Optimizely platform strategy, integration, and scaling across CMS, CMP, DAM, Opal, experimentation, and personalization.
• Define CRO testing framework and personalized experiences to optimize user journeys.
• Establish KPIs to measure ROI, platform adoption, and web conversion performance.
