Job summary

Icreon is seeking a Digital Experience Lead in New York, hybrid, to bridge design, technology, and AI. This role focuses on concepting and prototyping, shaping how new digital experiences are designed and built, in collaboration with engineers and clients across new business pursuits and existing accounts.

You will translate ideas into interaction models, prototype with AI-enabled tools, and work with Sitecore/Optimizely platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in UX, product, service, or interaction design.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong conceptual thinking and complex interaction design — not just polish
• Proven experience working side-by-side with engineers in product teams
• Familiarity with design systems, front-end constraints, and technical workflows

Responsibilities

• Concept and design next-gen experiences — translate ideas into novel interaction models early in the lifecycle.
• Design through prototypes — iterate with tools like Figma/Framer and AI-assisted workflows; evolve to production-ready artifacts with engineers.
• Engineer collaboration — partner with engineers to balance design thinking with feasibility and faster build loops.
• Platform experience — design for Sitecore and Optimizely, plus custom digital products.
• Client communication — translate complexity into clear narratives for CMOs/CTOs and executive stakeholders.
