Confidential is seeking a Creative Technologist to partner with Creative, Editorial, Production, Design, and Technology teams within our AI Accelerator. This hands-on role blends editorial instincts with technical curiosity to translate emerging AI tools into practical, working solutions for our creative teams in New York.

You will prototype AI-enabled workflows, refine production pipelines, and help shape the future of modern creative production while delivering exceptional work for clients.

Qualifications

4–6+ years of experience in creative technology or related fields.
Strong understanding of modern production pipelines and editorial workflows.
Professional editing with Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Suite.
Experience integrating AI into creative workflows.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Innovate, test and scale AI technologies across the studio.
Edit high-quality content for branded campaigns and social.
Develop AI-enabled workflows that improve quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on production pipelines.
Lead demonstrations and knowledge-sharing sessions.
