• 10+ years of hands-on product design experience in enterprise, platform, or complex B2B products.
• Track record driving ambiguous cross-functional initiatives to outcomes.
• Experience at the intersection of design, product and engineering with partner leadership under pressure.
• Deep hands-on fluency with AI as a design material and AI-native product design.
• Strong facilitation instincts to align teams and drive momentum.
• Excellent executive communication to present design thinking to senior stakeholders.
• Portfolio shows range across problems and facilitation with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Flex across multiple studio areas to address gaps in any given cycle.
• Take ideas from ambiguous to concrete independently and quickly.
• Act as a design facilitator: bring designers, PMs, and engineers into problems and move initiatives.
• Lead AI Incubation projects end-to-end when needed, delivering fast, concrete product shape.
• Mentor mid-level designers and help unblock ambiguity.
• Collaborate with engineering to push capabilities within technical constraints.
• Represent the Studio's perspective in cross-functional conversations.
• Use AI-powered prototyping tools to move from concept to validated direction.
