Job summary

Swisslog Healthcare in Colorado is seeking a Digital Program Manager to own how marketing generates pipeline across our product portfolio, evolve the digital ecosystem, and build the measurement system used by executives to evaluate marketing ROI.

You will lead demand gen, ABM, paid media, SEO, email, and website optimization, partnering with Sales and RevOps to drive pipeline and revenue while accelerating opportunities through long cycles.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least five years in a leadership seat.
• A pipeline-first operating mindset; experience owning a demand engine end to end.
• Fluent in Salesforce, comfortable with multi-touch attribution, and experienced with intent platforms.

Responsibilities

• Set the demand strategy, the channel mix, and the campaign plan that delivers our marketing-sourced pipeline target.
• Own the global or enterprise-level demand generation and digital marketing function across paid media, ABM, SEO, email, webinars, and website optimization.
• Develop and execute ABM strategies with Sales, including target account selection and measurement.
• Build dashboards and reporting tying program activity to pipeline, opportunities, and revenue by source.
