Job summary

Swisslog Healthcare is seeking a Demand Generation and Digital Strategy Manager to own pipeline across our product portfolio, evolve the digital ecosystem, and implement the measurement system the executive team uses to evaluate marketing ROI.

You will lead global demand generation, ABM, paid media, SEO, email, webinars, content syndication, website optimization, and partner with Sales and RevOps to build a modern, pipeline-first engine with AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

8+ years of B2B demand generation experience, with at least five years in a leadership seat.
Fluent in Salesforce and multi-touch attribution; experienced with intent platforms like 6sense, Demandbase, or Influ2.

Responsibilities

Set demand strategy and campaign plan to deliver marketing-sourced pipeline.
Own global demand generation and digital marketing, defining integrated strategies across paid media, ABM, SEO, email, webinars, content, website and channels.
Develop and execute ABM strategies with Sales, including target account selection and measurement.
Build dashboards and reporting tying activity to pipeline, opportunities, and revenue by source and channel ROI.
Create motions to accelerate pipeline and shorten time-to-close.
Collaborate with Sales, RevOps and Product Marketing to generate a deep pipeline.
Lead the demand gen function and optimize partner ecosystem to support pipeline outcomes.
