Job summary

Pattern in Lehi, Utah, seeks a Head of Demand Generation to lead a multi‑channel demand engine across paid search, social, programmatic, retail media, and AI‑driven acquisition. You will own the budget and drive pipeline and revenue in a fast‑growing ecommerce tech company.

You will partner with product marketing and marketing tech teams, implement AI tools, build automation, measure CAC and ROAS, and mentor a team of demand gen specialists to scale effectively.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in demand generation with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven scale of paid channels: Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, retail media.
• Experience applying AI/ML to campaigns for optimization and personalization.
• Fluency in analytics and attribution; able to budget from data.
• Experience with a modern MarTech stack and cross-functional partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multi-million dollar budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Build and own a multi-channel demand generation strategy to scale pipeline.
• Manage demand gen budget; optimize spend across channels with real-time adjustments.
• Collaborate with product marketing to align messaging and GTM timing.
• Evaluate and deploy AI tools for optimization and personalization at scale.
• Develop automated lead scoring, nurture, and attribution workflows.
• Analyze CAC, ROAS, and pipeline velocity to drive improvements.
• Lead and grow a team of demand gen specialists and channel managers.
