Job summary

Swisslog Healthcare is seeking a Digital Program Manager to own a pipeline-first demand engine across our product portfolio. You will lead demand generation, digital experiences, and buyer engagement, using attribution and Salesforce to demonstrate marketing ROI.

You will partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing to build a world-class demand ecosystem. You bring 8+ years in B2B demand gen, a strategy-first mindset, and a fluency with Salesforce and intent platforms.

Qualifications

8+ years of B2B demand generation experience in a leadership role.
Pipeline-first operating mindset with enterprise impact.
Fluent in Salesforce and multi-touch attribution; familiar with intent platforms.
Digital strategy toolkit including paid media, ABM, SEO, email, webinars, content syndication.
Strong cross-functional leadership with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing.
AI-native operator using AI to accelerate research, drafting, analysis, and reporting.

Responsibilities

Define demand strategy, channel mix, and campaign plan to deliver marketing-sourced pipeline.
Own demand generation and digital marketing functions across paid media, ABM, SEO, email, events, and website.
Lead ABM initiatives with Sales for target account selection & measurement.
Build dashboards linking program activity to pipeline, opportunities, and revenue by source and ROI.
Develop motions to move opportunities through long sales cycles and shorten time-to-close.
Collaborate with Sales Directors, Product Marketing, and Global Leaders to maximize pipeline.
Design and refine partner and agency footprint to support pipeline outcomes.
