Infor is seeking a Digital Experience Manager in Atlanta to join the Customer Success & Experience Transformation team. You will coordinate AI-enabled nurture and in-app engagement programs, keep cross-functional work moving, interpret performance data, and build repeatable operating processes.

This hands-on role requires organizing details, data, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment across Product, IT, Operations, Education, Marketing, and Customer Success while driving measurable adoption

Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, operations, IT project coordination, project management, or customer success.
• Hands-on experience with Excel and metrics reporting tools.
• Experience coordinating projects or programs across multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to interpret metrics and communicate a clear data-backed story.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate digital-adoption and customer-engagement workstreams across business functions.
• Maintain project plans, decisions, risks, dependencies, and action logs.
• Use Excel and dashboards to monitor performance and explain key signals.
• Support campaign setup, governance, quality checks, and follow-up.
• Partner with Product, IT, Operations, Education, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Create repeatable processes, documentation, and controls.
• Escalate blockers and recommend practical next steps.
