Arcesium LLC is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to join our Client and Partner Development team. You will plan, build, launch, and measure demand generation campaigns across channels, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Marketing.

A strong focus on AI-enabled marketing and automation will help drive pipeline and forecast accuracy. You will work with marketing automation tools (HubSpot preferred) and project management platforms to keep campaigns on track, while optimizing email

Competenze

• Hands-on experience building and deploying campaigns in a marketing automation platform (HubSpot strongly preferred).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and stakeholders against a marketing calendar.
• Working knowledge of email deliverability and list health, A/B and multivariate testing, and campaign analytics.
• Experience with LinkedIn and social media in a B2B setting, and comfort partnering with sales teams.
• Exceptional written communication and uncompromising attention to detail.
• Experience in financial services or financial technology marketing is a plus.
• Experience using AI to improve marketing campaigns, such as building AI agents or automations.

• Support the development of end-to-end demand generation campaigns, including building and deploying campaigns and emails.
• Serve as project manager for demand generation campaigns, managing workflow and priorities across stakeholders.
• Manage and execute the social media plan in support of campaigns, collaborating with sales on LinkedIn strategy.
• Stay abreast of best practices in campaign testing and apply varied elements to improve results.
• Help measure campaign performance and translate findings into clear recommendations.
• Identify and build AI into processes to improve campaign implementation and reporting.
