Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) seeks a Sr. Manager of Delivery to lead cross-functional delivery execution and capacity planning within Futura’s Implementation org.

You will own end-to-end delivery for a strategic migration of 240 customers to ArcGIS Pro solutions by 2028. Reporting to the VP of Business Operations, you will guide five Operations Managers, influence staffing and ramp strategies, and ensure smooth go-lives with a customer-centric, metrics-driven approach using

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading enterprise software implementations and delivery programs.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing managers or senior technical teams.
• Experience guiding multi-year implementation programs from planning through go-live.
• Hands-on capacity modeling, demand forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Strong communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery outcomes across all implementations and migrations—on time, in scope, and to quality expectations.
• Run capacity planning for the Implementation organization and translate demand into staffing plans.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Support, and VP Operations on ramp strategies.
• Arbitrate tradeoffs when demand outpaces capacity.
• Capture and report delivery metrics; drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain alignment with Engineering, Data, Training, and Product Support to stay unblocked.
• Build trusted relationships with enterprise customers through critical go-lives and delivery phases.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving in delivery workflows.
