Job summary

National Information Solutions Cooperative (NISC) seeks a Software Implementations Consultant to manage member-facing deployments and provide CC&B product support. You will train users, validate data, and coordinate project plans in a hybrid work model.

Required: a business degree or equivalent experience, strong communication, training, and problem-solving skills, and willingness to travel 10–20% for client engagements. Knowledge of utility or telecom industries is a plus.

• Provide application support throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform data mapping from legacy systems.
• Create and adjust software configuration per project requirements.
• Provide after-hours call support as assigned.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
