The ideal candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, and capable of keeping stakeholders aligned on scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in software, technical support, or product support environments.
• Ability to define project scope, requirements, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and success measures.
• Strong ability to manage risks, adapt to changing priorities, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple cross-functional projects through full lifecycle from planning to transition to operations.
• Define objectives, scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria with stakeholders.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across Product Support and other teams to meet project goals.
• Prepare status reports and communicate progress to executives.
