Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in data management, IT, business analytics, or related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Post Affiliate Pro, HubSpot, SamCart, and Shopify.
• Experience using BigQuery and SQL for BI reporting and analytics; comfortable with AI tools for reporting.
• Ability to understand cross-department workflows and translate them into user-friendly reports.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication to explain data insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards to track metrics, revenue, and KPIs.
• Utilize Google Sheets, BigQuery, and SQL to query and analyze data across systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to design intuitive, impactful reports.
• Monitor data file exchanges and set up automated quality alerts.
• Lead process improvements to reduce data errors and improve efficiency.
• Provide end-user training on reporting tools and system access.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot back-end data and system issues to ensure uptime.
• Assist in onboarding with equipment setup and IT support as needed.
• Participate in rotating weekend support to maintain system availability.
