Job summary

DreamFields is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to transform data into actionable insights, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, and ensure data accuracy. The role emphasizes leveraging AI tools to streamline reporting and enable clear stakeholder understanding across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.

You will work with cross‑functional teams to translate reporting needs into dashboards, perform basic data modeling, and drive data quality improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in analytics/related field.
• 1–3 years in BI, data analytics, reporting or related.
• Experience building dashboards/reports with Power BI and basic data modeling.
• Experience with Power Query and DAX; Excel proficiency strong; SQL preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude/Copilot) to support analysis and reporting.
• Ability to translate data into clear insights for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards/reports for sales, products, and markets.
• Use Power Query and DAX to organize data and create measures.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define reporting needs.
• Leverage AI tools to summarize results and improve workflows.
• Ensure data accuracy and resolve data quality issues.
• Automate recurring reports and support reporting adoption across teams.
• Document/report on analytics projects and partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
