Faster Way to Fat Loss is seeking a Database Analyst/Tech Support to steward our data architecture, ensure reliable reporting, and drive process improvements across the organization. You will translate complex data into actionable insights for decision-making and optimize internal workflows to support growth.

The role involves collaborating with multiple teams and leveraging BI tools to enhance client experiences.

Qualifications

• Required: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Data Management, IT, or Business Analytics preferred.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with Google Sheets, Post Affiliate Pro, HubSpot, SamCart, and Shopify.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and distribute reports and dashboards to track metrics, revenue, and KPIs using Google Sheets, Post Affiliate Pro, HubSpot, SamCart, Shopify, BigQuery and SQL.
• Leverage AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) to optimize reporting and narrative summaries.
• Identify data integrity issues and optimize workflows across departments.
• Monitor data file exchanges, set automated alerts for errors, and address issues proactively.
• Train end-users on system access, security, and reporting tool usage.
