Job summary

JPMorganChase's Trusts & Estates data product team is seeking a Data Product Owner to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of AI-powered data tools. You will own the product strategy, multi-year roadmap, and the end-to-end lifecycle for data and workflow capabilities aligned to business outcomes and risk controls.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and multi-year roadmap for a portfolio of Trusts & Estates (T&E) data and workflow capabilities aligned to business outcomes, control requirements, and data strategy.
• Serve as a product lead for AI-enabled transformation, identifying high-value use cases, defining MVP-to-scale plans, and driving delivery through to production adoption and measurable impact.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Data, and Controls to set priorities, align funding and capacity, and drive accountable execution across multiple workstreams.
• Drive platform connectivity and integration across upstream/downstream systems to improve end-to-end visibility for global teams.
• Own stakeholder engagement and communications, translating complex initiatives into clear narratives, milestones, trade-offs, and outcomes for senior leadership.
• Lead a data-driven approach to process and workflow optimization, partnering with operations and technology to improve end-to-end performance and client/service outcomes.
