Qualifications

• Proven track record as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead for data products or enterprise services.
• At least 5 years of Financial Services experience with data, technology and operations knowledge.
• Delivered in agile environments with backlog discipline and outcome-based execution.
• Comfortable with SQL and/or Python to validate hypotheses and collaborate with engineering/analytics.
• Practical fluency with AI and Agentic AI for data products and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for a critical data domain from intake to outcomes.
• Run the product operating cadence including prioritization and release sequencing.
• Translate complex needs into problem statements, use cases, and acceptance criteria for delivery teams.
• Design and drive a modernization roadmap spanning data platform evolution and quality tooling.
• Identify AI opportunities to improve data quality and processing while ensuring governance.
