Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience or equivalent end-to-end ownership of complex platforms/workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in a controls-heavy banking environment with risk and governance responsibilities.
• Proven track record delivering AI/automation/analytics products with measurable business impact.
• Strong knowledge of regulated process design including documentation, audit readiness, approvals, and evidence capture.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication; ability to influence without authority.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills: value sizing, prioritization, KPI/OKR design, data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy for AI transformation in Trusts & Estates Controls.
• Own the roadmap and prioritization, translating goals and regulatory obligations into 12–24 month delivery plans with KPIs.
• Lead discovery and define requirements: journeys, statements of work, use cases, value sizing, control impact.
• Embed controls into product design: governance workflows, approvals, audit trails, data handling and change management.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities with observability.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, Controls, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Ops and Tech; manage trade-offs.
• Own delivery execution using agile practices: epics, acceptance criteria, releases, risk management, post-release measurement.
• Champion responsible AI adoption with monitoring, human-in-the-loop controls where needed, clear user guidance.
• Enable adoption and change through training, communications, and support readiness.
