Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with measurable remediation.
Strong written and verbal communication for senior leadership updates.
High ownership mindset and proactive risk identification and mitigation.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy and multi-year roadmap for T&E data and workflow capabilities aligned to business outcomes and data strategy.
Lead AI-enabled transformation from MVP to scale with measurable impact.
Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Technology, Data, and Controls to set priorities and funding.
Drive platform connectivity and end-to-end visibility across global teams.
Own stakeholder engagement and clear narratives, milestones, and decisions for leadership.
Lead data-driven process and workflow optimization in collaboration with operations and technology.
