Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks an experienced Product Manager with a strong Controls background to lead AI-enabled product transformation within the Trusts & Estates business.

This IC role owns product strategy and end-to-end delivery, partnering with Controls, Legal/Compliance, Operations, Technology, and Data/AI teams to modernize and embed governance, auditability, and risk management by design. The role emphasizes governance, risk controls, and scalable AI capabilities, including

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or end-to-end platform ownership.
• Experience in a controls-heavy banking environment (e.g., Risk & Controls, Compliance, Audit, Operational Risk).
• Proven track record delivering AI/automation products in production with measurable business impact.
• Strong analytical and strategic skills: KPI/OKR design, prioritization, and data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Set product vision and strategy for AI transformation in Trusts & Estates Controls.
• Own the roadmap and prioritization, translating goals into 12-24 month plans with clear outcomes and KPIs.
• Lead discovery and define requirements: user journeys, use-case intake, value sizing, and success metrics.
• Embed controls into product design: governance workflows, approvals, audit trails, and access controls.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to deliver scalable, secure AI capabilities.
• Drive stakeholder alignment across business, Controls, Compliance, Legal, Risk, Operations, and Technology; manage trade-offs transparently.
• Own delivery execution using agile product practices: epics, user stories, release planning, risk management.
• Champion responsible AI adoption: monitoring, human-in-the-loop controls, and guidance for safe use.
• Enable adoption and change: training, communications, and support readiness.
