Job summary

Hope Media Group is seeking an AI-enabled Data Program & Impact Manager to help translate its data work into meaningful organizational outcomes. You will manage a diverse portfolio of internal data initiatives, stakeholder projects, analytical deliverables, and proactive insights.

The role requires leading lifecycle data work, prioritizing, coordinating with technical staff, and ensuring insights drive documented decisions and action. AI-enabled operations and governance are expected daily.

Qualifications

Experience leading cross-functional data, analytics, or software projects.
Proven use of generative AI and automation to improve workflows.
Ability to organize multiple projects, priorities, stakeholders, dependencies, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

Maintain a unified portfolio of active, planned, recurring, and exploratory data-team work.
Establish clear objectives, owners, milestones, and success criteria.
Partner with data-team leadership to prioritize work based on ministry value and urgency.
Develop consistent processes for project intake, scoping, and status reporting.
Translate stakeholder needs into clear problem statements and measurable objectives.
