Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in a technical field (academic, research, or professional).
• 2+ years managing technical projects in Agile environments.
• 2+ years managing data science or AI projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of AI and data science projects from planning through implementation.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to manage dependencies and ensure clarity of requirements.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including scrums, sprint planning, and retrospectives, while driving accountability.
• Help stakeholders understand what’s possible with AI and translate that into actionable project requirements.
• Manage complexity across budget, timelines, scope, and stakeholder expectations.
• Navigate ambiguity, turning challenges into actionable plans.
