Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, or consulting within AI data services.
• Experience handling projects with multiple stakeholders, teams, suppliers, or partners.
• Strong skills in planning, requirements gathering, resource planning, and execution.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities and projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer requirements into structured project plans.

Responsibilities

• Project Scoping & Planning: review customer requirements and translate into executable project plans.
• Collaborate with Sales and customers to define objectives, scope, deliverables, timelines, quality, and constraints.
• Determine resources, languages, geographies, suppliers, and delivery capabilities needed.
• Develop assumptions, dependencies, risks, milestones, and execution plans.
• Identify gaps in customer requirements and work with stakeholders to resolve them.
• Ensure proposed approaches are feasible before committing to customers.
