Gusto is seeking a Data Governance TPM to define and deliver a program across Data Platforms, R&D, Legal & Compliance, Security, AIT, and Risk. You’ll stand up controls, harden data flows for model fed data, and ensure streams meet regulatory, audit, and business standards.

You’ll drive timelines, manage dependencies, head off risk, and use AI plugins to automate governance tasks, helping AI initiatives move faster without compromising security.
