Job summary

Plymouth Rock Assurance is expanding its Data Management team to build an enterprise data governance framework for trusted, secure, and compliant data across BI, ML, and AI applications.

The role focuses on designing governance operations, metadata standards, and lineage tracking, while partnering with Legal, Audit/Risk, and Information Security to drive adoption across the organization and ensure responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• SQL proficiency demonstrated.
• Experience supporting AI/ML data requirements.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and regulatory practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive data governance operation.
• Develop metadata and catalog governance standards.
• Establish lineage tracking from source to downstream analytics.
• Create training and communication materials for governance adoption.
• Collaborate with Data Office, Analytics, and IT teams to ensure consistency.
