Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, or related field plus 8+ years in data, software or TPM roles within tech.
• Proven ability to manage ambiguous, multi-stakeholder programs with evolving requirements.
• Strong interpersonal skills to influence teams and partner with ML researchers.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end data programs from acquisition through release with cross-functional alignment.
• Define data quality metrics and own data inventory, lineage, and IP clearance in collaboration with Legal.
• Establish quality rubrics, run internal/external annotation campaigns, and manage roadmaps and risks for leadership reviews.
