Obsidian Security is hiring a Customer Success Operations Analyst to own reporting and automation for customer health, QBRs, and executive dashboards. You will work with the data mart, build AI-driven insights, and automate recurring workflows across Zendesk, Salesforce, Slack, and more.

You will translate stakeholder needs into concrete data requirements, work with Databricks and Python, and help shape secure data access governance.

Qualifications

• Experience with data platforms and creating automated reporting.
• Ability to translate business needs into data requirements.
• Comfort with AI-first analytics and automation workflows.

• Own reporting and automation for Customer Success data mart and dashboards.
