AgentDynamics is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with dealership customers. You’ll lead customers from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion, building relationships with dealership leadership while working closely with day-to-day operators to ensure AgentDynamics is delivering measurable business outcomes.

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation or similar B2B software role with ownership of customer accounts
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention and expansion
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders
• Translate customer goals into measurable business outcomes and use data to demonstrate value
• Strong judgment to manage issues through resolution
• Ability to quickly understand software products, integrations and workflows
• Strong account planning, documentation, follow-up and organization
• Track record of owning outcomes and driving results
• Genuine interest in how AI can transform customer workflows and operations

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and rollout from kickoff to go-live across dealerships and multi-rooftop groups
• Drive adoption by linking product usage to measurable dealership outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with dealership leaders and day-to-day operators
• Lead regular customer check-ins and business reviews with clear metrics and action items
• Identify and coordinate risk management and issue resolution with product and engineering teams
• Drive retention and expansion across additional workflows and rooftops
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into product insights for engineering
• Improve onboarding, training, customer management, renewal and expansion processes
