AgentDynamics is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with dealership customers from onboarding through adoption, retention, and expansion. You will collaborate with dealership leadership and day-to-day operators to ensure ROI and successful deployments, with regular travel to dealerships across the region.

This remote role is based in Texas and includes travel to events as needed. You will engage with executives and operators to translate business goals into measurable

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or similar B2B software role
• Ability to translate customer goals into measurable business outcomes
• Proven track record of driving adoption, retention and expansion
• Excellent written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision making
• Demonstrated ownership of customer accounts and outcomes
• Interest in how AI can transform customer workflows and operations
• Experience coordinating onboarding, training, renewals, and escalations

Responsabilidades

• Own onboarding and rollout: lead kickoff to go-live across dealerships and multi-rooftop groups
• Drive adoption and outcomes: map product usage to measurable dealer results
• Own the customer relationship with dealer principals and day-to-day operators
• Run the operating cadence: regular check-ins and business reviews with clear metrics
• Proactively manage risk and escalations: coordinate with product/engineering to resolve issues
• Drive retention and expansion across additional workflows and rooftops
• Be the voice of the customer: translate dealership feedback into product improvements
• Improve onboarding, training, customer management, renewal, and expansion processes
