Job summary

AgentDynamics is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with dealership customers and drive value from onboarding to expansion. You will work with dealership leadership and day-to-day operators to ensure measurable business outcomes and ROI, while coordinating cross-functionally to resolve issues and scale deployments.

The role is remote with Florida base and regular travel to dealerships, dealer groups, and industry events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar B2B software role with ownership of accounts.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Ability to communicate with senior customer stakeholders.
• Translate goals into measurable business outcomes using data.
• Strong judgment to manage issues through resolution.
• Ability to quickly understand software products and workflows.
• Strong account planning and follow-through with customers.
• Demonstrated ownership and initiative without constant direction.
• Genuine interest in how AI can transform customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout across dealerships and multi-rooftop groups, coordinating requirements and training.
• Drive adoption by linking product usage to measurable dealership outcomes.
• Build trusted relationships with dealership leaders and operators.
• Lead regular customer check-ins and business reviews with clear metrics.
• Identify and escalate risks, coordinating with product and engineering for resolution.
• Identify expansion opportunities across workflows, departments, and rooftops.
• Be the voice of the customer to product and engineering for feedback and patterns.
• Help strengthen onboarding, training, and renewal processes as the company scales.
