Job summary

AgentDynamics is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own relationships with dealership customers, from onboarding to adoption, retention, and expansion. You will work with dealership leadership and day-to-day operators to ensure measurable business outcomes and ROI from AgentDynamics deployments.

This remote role based in Texas involves regular travel to dealerships, dealer groups, and industry events as needed, with a focus on proactive risk management and cross-functional collaboration to

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or similar B2B software role with ownership of accounts
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and expansion
• Executive communication with senior customer stakeholders
• Translate customer goals into measurable business outcomes using data
• Strong judgment to manage issues through resolution
• Ability to quickly understand software products, integrations, and workflows
• Strong account planning, documentation, follow-up, and organization
• A track record of owning outcomes without constant direction
• Genuine interest in how AI can transform operations

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout across dealerships and multi-rooftop groups
• Drive adoption by linking product usage to measurable outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with dealership leaders and operators
• Lead regular check-ins and business reviews with clear metrics
• Identify risks early and coordinate with product/engineering for resolutions
• Drive retention and expansion across workflows and rooftops
• Be the voice of the customer to inform product direction
• Improve onboarding, training, and renewal processes as we scale
