AgentDynamics is hiring a Customer Success Manager to own the relationship with dealership customers and drive ROI from onboarding through adoption and expansion. You’ll lead onboarding, coordinate integrations and training, and build trusted relationships with dealership leadership and daily operators.

You’ll monitor usage, communicate outcomes with executives, manage risks, and identify opportunities to expand deployments across workflows and rooftops while shaping product feedback for

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, Implementation, or similar B2B software role.
• Proven ability to drive adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Translate customer goals into measurable business outcomes with data.
• Strong judgment to resolve customer issues.
• Ability to quickly understand software products, integrations, and workflows.
• Strong account planning, documentation, and follow-up.
• Track record of ownership for outcomes without constant direction.
• Genuine interest in how AI can transform customer workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and rollout across dealerships and multi-rooftop groups.
• Drive adoption by linking usage to measurable dealership outcomes.
