Job summary

Joyful Health is building an AI-powered financial operating system for healthcare practices. We seek a Customer Operations Lead in NYC to own onboarding, invoicing, and the automation stack across multiple product lines.

You’ll partner with Revenue Cycle Success Managers, engineers, and sales to create a seamless, scalable customer experience. You will drive SOPs, build automation, and ensure accurate customer records and access control while enabling rapid go-live workflows and enterprise

Qualifications

5+ years in a systems-heavy role (startup/consulting/finance preferred).
Fluency with AI tools and practical examples of applying them to workflows.
Experience with CRMs, ticketing, and BI/reporting tools.
Ability to build processes and tooling from scratch, iterating with limited information.

Responsibilities

Own onboarding system and supporting tooling for customer implementations.
Own the invoicing process and ensure accurate, on-time billing.
Optimize the CS/post-sales tech stack including automation integrations.
Maintain accurate customer records, access, and provisioning controls.
Document day-to-day operations into repeatable SOPs and scalable processes.
Coordinate go-live milestones and intake for enterprise requests; route work to owners.
