Job summary

Comp AI, a fast-growing US-based SaaS company redefining compliance with AI-driven trust, seeks a Customer Success Manager to own post-signature relationships from kickoff onward. You’ll ensure sky-high NPS and CSAT, manage SMB and lower-mid market accounts, and drive adoption through proactive outreach and coaching.

Be ready to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales to remove blockers, automate repetitive tasks, and turn customers into advocates.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in tech.
• Very tech-savvy; comfortable reading integrations and basic APIs.
• Very high EQ and exceptional organization.
• Experience with high-volume SMB and multi-stakeholder accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own the relationship after the signature, from kickoff through renewal readiness.
• Check in with every account on a regular cadence and join calls to unblock and guide.
• Set honest expectations at kickoff and maintain proactive update cadence to avoid status chasing.
• Defuse tense situations, turn unhappy customers into advocates, and proactively address issues.
