Job summary

Comp AI is redefining compliance with AI-driven trust and security. You will own customer relationships post-signature, across onboarding, support, and light consulting, ensuring customers reach their bought outcomes.

You’ll proactively manage a growing SMB to mid-market book, maintaining high CSAT and NPS while spotting automation opportunities to improve efficiency. You’ll work closely with product, engineering, and sales to unblock customers, tailor guidance on policies and evidence

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer-facing roles in tech
• Experience handling SMB to mid-market accounts
• Ability to operate across support, enablement, and consulting
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfort with cloud integrations (AWS, GCP, Azure) and trust/security topics

Responsibilities

• Own post-signature book of accounts from kickoff to renewal
• Maintain high NPS and CSAT, proactive check-ins and escalations
• Set clear kickoff expectations and run proactive status updates
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce repetitive work
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and sales
