Job summary

Conductor LLC in New York is seeking a Digital Customer Education Manager to own the education strategy end-to-end, from tutorials to best-practice content in our community platform.

You will orchestrate exposure to ensure the right resource reaches the right customer at the right moment, leveraging AI for content creation and automation, and building train-the-trainer programs and webinar initiatives. This is a hands-on leadership role driving scalable, insight-driven education.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in customer education, instructional design, or content strategy within SaaS or platform business.
• Excellent writing and instructional design skills for tutorials and guides.
• Demonstrated experience building and running an education program at scale.
• Strong hands-on video editing skills (Camtasia, Audiate, or similar).
• Experience hosting webinars or leading live training sessions.
• High fluency with AI tools for content creation and process automation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Product, CS, and Marketing.
• Experience with train-the-trainer or center-of-excellence programs.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end strategy for the digital-first customer education program, including tutorials, video content, guides, and best-practice materials on the community platform.
• Design learning content for a self-serve training model as the primary path for customers.
• Produce educational video content start to finish—script, record, edit.
• Develop persona- and role-based education tracks reflecting customer use and maturity.
• Direct the Customer Community & Content Specialist for content support and community upkeep.
