Job summary

AlphaSense is seeking a Customer Education Specialist to bridge Product, Product Marketing, and Education. You’ll participate in GTM planning, track changes, and translate roadmaps into a clear, organized execution plan for the team.

This is a coordination and execution role that uses AI to template, automate, and accelerate content production while preserving quality. You’ll own notes, asset requirements, and ensure deadlines are met across education channels.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years in customer education, project coordination, program management, or related field.
• Highly organized with a knack for building templates, processes, and reusable systems.
• Comfortable using AI tools to automate content and workflows.”

Responsibilities

• Join Product and Product Marketing GTM meetings, take notes and translate updates into asset requirements for the Customer Education team.
• Coordinate execution across In‑App, LMS, Help Center, vILT, Certification, and other channels; decide where content belongs and when it ships.
• Utilize AI to automate repetitive work, accelerate content production, and bring ideas to the team.
• Build and maintain templates, trackers, and workflows that keep work organized and aligned to a single source of truth.
• Keep stakeholders aligned as roadmaps and timelines shift, flag risks early.
