Responsibilities

• Review AI-handled interactions and case outcomes.
• Analyze case volume and trends to identify self-service opportunities and assist with articles and guides.
• Help label and clean data used to test routing to correct teams.
• Support platform modernization by mapping data between legacy and new systems.
• Build reports and dashboards tracking AI, routing, and migration performance.
