Job summary

Veeam Software is seeking a highly motivated Voice of the Customer Intern for a 10-week summer program (June–August 2027). You will support customer experience initiatives by analyzing survey data, synthesizing qualitative feedback, and helping translate insights into actionable plans.

This internship emphasizes collaboration across teams and real-world project impact. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytic, and eager to learn about technology, customer experience, and Veeam’s products

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student.
• Strong interest in customer experience, VOC programs, analytics, or program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to summarize clearly.

Responsibilities

• Assist Voice of the Customer programs and survey analysis.
• Identify trends and translate feedback into actionable insights.
• Prepare stakeholder-ready summaries and project documentation.
